Role purpose
The Technology Procurement Manager is responsible for the enterprise-level optimisation of technology procurement and maximising the value of IDP’s technology supplier relationships.
Establishing and managing IDP technology procurement function including the activities, processes, roles, and accountabilities for all IDP Technology procurement, contracts, support, maintenance, and vendor performance management.

Create a flexible org design that meets their needs and allows them to engage with an extended group of stakeholders.

Sourcing and RFx:
Formalize and communicate IDP Technology’s Sourcing and RFx processes.
Execute Sourcing initiatives in conjunction with Project Teams. Enterprise Architecture and other TMO members.
Procurement Contract Management:
Work with Project teams, and IDP Legal, to formalize IDP Head Agreements and Procurement Contracts.
Mature contract life cycle management by implementing advanced contract analytics to handle risk and regulatory changes.
