Role purpose

The Contract Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all IDP’s third party contracts are managed centrally and that contract owners are fully supported throughout the renewal process, and providing assistance to the Legal and Governance Team.

Key accountabilities

Contract Management 
•    Maintain an up-to-date registry of contracts. 
•    Review and update both the original and copy of all external contracts and monitor & maintain within a database.
•    Coordinate the execution of contracts and contract renewals by relevant parties in a timely manner.
•    Work closely with Group Financial Controller, Group Tax Manager and Legal Counsel to complete variations in a timely manner. 
•    Manage contract renewals and expiry of contracts based on termination dates of contracts. 
•    Assist client relationship teams to complete contract approval and execution flows.
•    Work as a centralized back-up to assist other teams with contract execution in a timely manner.
•    Support in the management, maintenance and updating of the internal contract lifecycle management system and legal matter management system. 
•    Process documentation and administer agreements.
•    Draft and prepare for execution all IELTS fee variations. 

Legal and Governance Team Support 

•    Assisting with managing legal invoices and obtaining approvals for payment.
•    Coordinate and manage relationship with Notary Public to arrange legalising or consularising as required. 
•    Assisting with management and triage of the Privacy team inbox. 

Required experience

  • High degree of organisational and planning skills with an eye for detail
