Role purpose

The Purpose is to manage end-to-end operations of Computer-Delivered (CD) IELTS test sessions, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient test delivery in accordance with IELTS standards and compliance requirements. The role is responsible for overseeing test day activities, leading and coordinating a team of invigilators, maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring test integrity, and delivering an excellent candidate experience while adhering to all operational and quality guidelines. 

Key accountabilities

• Handle CD IELTS test center operations end to end, efficiently.
• Manage a team of  invigilators including their roster management
• To ensure systems are up and running at all times and regular health checks are performed
• Ensure that the team handles test material & test related equipment securely
• 100% audit readiness. Centre meets audit Global standards.
• Ensure the process and procedures are followed as per the IELTS guidelines
• Speaking tests are conducted as defined and as per the guidelines of IELTS & End to end management of speaking test
• Coordinate with the support office in Dhanmondi in downloading the test day material and uploading the same after the test
• Ensure the test starts in time
• End to end test management (Listening, reading, writing & speaking)
• Report any anomalies or doubtful cases to the compliance team

Required experience

• Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end test centre operations  
• Leadership Skills
• Strong Oral and Written Communication
• Strong Relationship Building skills
• Technically sound to adopt latest software
