Role purpose
The position is accountable to ensure positive feedback from our key clients, develop processes to deliver growth in business and market share, leverage learning across branches and ensure support to maintain and improve knowledge and counselling skills in–country. The position is also responsible to monitor client wise performances through analytics & management of events and client visits as well as support the destination teams in ensuring the level of checks for maintaining a high visa success rate. All these will directly impact the delivery of student placement numbers and client satisfaction.

Required experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Sound Knowledge of relevant destination country, education sector and processes.
- Highly effective relationship building and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in event /visit coordination and business development.
- Analytical skills – able to interpret and present data effectively.
- Effective planning and organizing, managing multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
- Ability to represent IDP and act in the best interests of IDP
- Sound IT skills – Microsoft Office, CRM systems
- Ability to deliver within deadlines
- Pleasant personality
- Willingness to travel
