Role purpose

Contribute to smooth running of day-to-day operations in BAU in accordance with the Risk Management Plan, being
in line with the agreed objectives & meeting set SLAs with high accuracy.

Key accountabilities

TAT 98% EOR’s received closed within 14 calendar days.
100% adherence to the SOP of EOR approved by ICOA.
Regular follow up with test centres in case of incomplete test materials (every two days) till completion of all the requirements for processing the EOR request.
3rd Re-marks & QC cases to be closed within 24-48 hours.

Management of Receipt & confirmation of EOR Request from Test Centres. Manage Test Material Consolidation.
Timely Preparation & allocation of EOR marking Packs to Senior Examiners upon availability of examiners.
Receive Remark Results from Senior Examiners.

Required experience

Strong process orientation.
Minimum 1.5 to 3 years back-office operations experience.
Understanding and commitment to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials.
Adhering to IELTS policies and procedures.
Good communication skills in English- written and oral
Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS- Office & MS- Word
Good reasoning skills & analytical bent of mind.
Demonstrated effectiveness of communication skills
