Role purpose
The Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of processes, transactions, and deliverables. The role ensures adherence to defined standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements while driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback
Key accountabilities
Conduct regular quality audits on transactions, cases, or workflows to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and SLAs
Identify quality gaps, process deviations, and recurring errors, document findings clearly
Provide structured feedback to team members and stakeholders to improve accuracy and performance
Maintain and update quality trackers, dashboards, and reports
Analyse trends in defects, errors, and customer issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with operations to implement quality improvement initiatives
Ensure audit readiness by maintaining proper documentation and evidence
Required experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1 year of experience in Quality, Audit, Compliance
Proficient in MS Excel; reporting tools preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
Good understanding of process compliance, SOPs, and SLAs
