Role purpose

The Sr. Manager IT Applications is a pivotal role that combines technical leadership with operational management to ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects and initiatives. Reporting to the Head - IT, this role oversees multiple engineering teams, drives the development and implementation of innovative technologies, and ensures alignment with organisational objectives. The Senior Engineering Manager is also responsible for fostering collaboration, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions

Required experience

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Any IT Graduate (BCA/MCA/B. Tech IT with Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Candidates with good experience with SDLC 
• 12-15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in engineering management or a leadership role
• Expertise in full-stack architecture, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and modern development frameworks
• Strong track record of delivering complex engineering projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, and cloud services such as AWS SQS, SNS, and Lambda
• Mandatory 3+ years of people management experience required. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering results.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
