Key accountabilities

Provide information about the IELTS test and support test registration via phone/chat/email.

Remind customers about IDP events and record customer information.

Share information with students about promotional programs.

Follow up with potential customers from events, seminars, and webinars, and convert them into actual test takers.

Maintain positive relationships with students and their families to encourage referrals to IDP.

Provide call reports and daily/weekly/monthly activity reports as required.
Required experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telesales or Customer Service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain and expand customer relationships
• College or University degree in a relevant field
• Preference given to candidates with experience in sales, education consultancy, or similar roles
