Role purpose
Key accountabilities
1. Develop Content Strategy and Management
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout for all channels
- Build and manage a content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to the company’s lead capture channels
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Use content management systems to analyze users engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas in line with products and services to draw audience’s attention and lead generations·
2. Content Creation - User generated content and POSM
- Responsible for developing regular content for social media and website landing pages
- Responsible for copywriting and ensuring brand voice resonates throughout all physical and digital materials.
- Support and contribute outbound contents such as blog posts, newsletters, flyers/brochures, webinars, marketing automation, infographics, and others
4. Collaboration and Co-creation
- Work closely with destination managers, Marketing Operation, Digital Marketing, and IELTS Operation to understand business stream, product services, targets, clients and destination insights well.
- Actively participate in planning and brainstorming sessions, whether within Marketing unit, or in collaboration with other units (i.e. Student Placement and IELTS)
5. Support the Head of Marketing in other related initiatives that may be required from time to time
- Plan and report periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Perform duties that may be assigned by the Head of Marketing
Required experience
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Social media/Content manager (> 3 years)
- Have at least 5 years experiences in social media and content management (copywriting, social media, and video content creation)
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent communicating and writing skills in Vietnamese and English
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
