Key accountabilities
Partner Management & Development:
• Manage and expand the Referral Partner base in the Southern/ Northern area of Vietnam
• Strengthen referral partner relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Drive referral contribution and concurrently promote IDP IELTS testing services in the South/ North region of Vietnam
• Work with Business Development Manager to facilitate IELTS seminars/workshops/events to promote IDP IELTS brand in the region
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders include schools; English institution; teachers
• Execute co-branding activities with partners
• Provide information related to IELS products to test takers when needed.
• Liaise with Marketing Division to develop and manage IELTS marketing materials for both public candidates and partners.
• Admin tasks and other tasks as requested by the BD Manager.
Required experience
• Experience - about 2 years of Sales/ B2B; have strong network in education industry is an advantage
• Proven track of record of exceeding target in sales/supporting sales
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both English and Vietnamese with IELTS 6.0 or above
• Attention to detail – being careful about details and thorough in completing tasks.
• Dependability – being reliable, responsible, multi-task, and handle tasks under high pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work during weekends
• Integrity – being honest, confidential and ethical
• Proficiency in using M.S Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
