Role purpose

The IELTS Marketing Officer (Content & Operations) is responsible for driving engaging, effective, and brand-aligned content strategies across IDP Vietnam’s IELTS channels. This role involves planning, creating, executing, and optimizing content to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital platforms. Though part of the Marketing Team, this position is dedicated to supporting the IELTS business line.

Key accountabilities

Content Creation

  • Develop and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create multimedia content: scripts, video ideas, livestreams, and campaign posts
  • Write SEO-friendly, localized, and high-quality content for IELTS and education services
  • Manage monthly content calendar and publishing schedule
  • Work with KOLs/KOCs, designers, and partners to execute content
  • Monitor performance and report key insights
  • Use tools like CapCut (required); Photoshop (preferred)

Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate with internal teams (BD, CS, etc.) for campaigns and events
  • Manage marketing materials, promotional items, and inventory
  • Lead branding and promotional campaigns for IELTS
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Support hybrid events, conferences, and communication campaigns
  • Follow up on campaign outcomes and prepare post-activity reports
  • Other appropriate requests by managers

Required experience

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Have 3–4 years experience in content marketing (social-focused) at multinational companies
  • Strong organizational & regional marketing experience
  • Proficient in CapCut; basic skills in Photoshop or Canva
  • Skilled in social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Zalo
  • Familiar with social media analytics & SEO (a plus)
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude
