Role purpose
Key accountabilities
1. SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Optimize on-page, technical SEO, and content structure across websites
- Monitor and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, ahref, similarweb etc.
- Identify website UX, UI and CMS usability issues, and collaborate with regional SEO/global web development team to resolve them
2. AIO (AI Optimization) & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for AI-driven platforms (e.g., AI search, chat-based discovery)
- Structure content to improve visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and AI-generated answers
- Collaborate with content teams to align with evolving AI search behaviors
3. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Develop strategies to ensure brand presence in generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Optimize content for discoverability and citation in AI-generated responses
- Track and analyze visibility across emerging AI-driven discovery channels
4. Marketing Automation
- Plan and execute automated customer journeys (email, newsletter, nurturing flows)
- Collaborate with regional automation team to segment audiences and personalize communication to improve conversion rates (Marketing Automation tool training will be provided)
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze organic traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize performance
Required experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience required, specifically within education, edtech, or service-based industries.
- Good knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Good understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and website performance optimization
- Experience working with content, UX, or product teams
- Have good knowledge of MS office (excel, word, PowerPoint) and data analytics to compute various reports
- Experience working with popular keyword tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Google search console, Google Trends, Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, Ahref, Screaming Frog etc.
- Posess strong organisational, collaboration and time management skills
- Vietnamese is key mode of communication. English proficiency would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, etc)
