Key accountabilities
• Plan, develop and execute paid social media and paid search for Student Placement (Study Abroad Consulting) services.
• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
• Be involved in audience targeting.
• Monitor student placement digital advertising budget and adjust bids to improve ROAS.
• Identify technical problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Work with Designers, Web Admin and Content team to generate advertising assets including video, graphics, ad copy, and landing page URLs.
• Work with Contact Center team and superiors to ensure lead flow and lead qualification to timely optimize campaign.
• Conduct A/B tests in ads to understand contributing factors that drive the business forward.
• Monitor and analyse advertising trends to optimize social media campaigns to cost per qualified lead/registration.
• Stay current with industry best practices and technologies.
• Maintain active relationships with social media, paid search account manangers to make strategic adjustments to advertising strategies and campaigns.
• Make monthly payment and support team with other marketing activities.
Required experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, etc); Tiktok, Facebook Blueprint Certification, Adwords certification is a plus
• Demonstrated experience (min. 3 years) in digital performance platforms with positive, measurable results.
• Ability to create compelling ad copy that finds all the customers and sells all the things.
• Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience and adaptability
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point), Google for Work products (Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Sheets) and Tiktok and Facebook insights
• Analytical thinking with strong math skills, Strong administration and organisational skills
• Competent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
