Role purpose
IDP IELTS Tainan is looking for a qualified, part-time, native English speaking IELTS instructor. The current vacancy is for a 4-hour class each Saturday from 10:00-15:00 with a 1-hour break from 12:00-13:00. There may be the option of additional weekend/weekday one-to-one private classes.
About the role
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the flexibility to create engaging, student-centered lessons drawing on a range of materials to help improve all aspects of their students' English.
Pay starts from $810NT per hour (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications) and there is an incremental pay rate according to class size.

Requirements
• Currently in Taiwan with an open work permit or current ARC and work permit
• A bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
Preferred experience / qualifications:
• A 120-hour in-person CELTA or equivalent
• Previous IELTS / test preparation teaching experience
• Experience teaching adult learners
• Experience living and working/studying in one of our students' major target markets (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand)
