Role purpose

This is a key leadership role in state responsible for developing and winning back market share in healthcare segment.

Key accountabilities

• Serve as the Face of IELTS for the Healthcare Segment
• Develop and Deliver Customized IELTS Training for Healthcare Professionals
• Lead Strategic Partnerships with Healthcare Institutions
• Facilitate Employer and Institutional Partnerships
• Drive Registrations and Market Growth
• Collaborate for Effective Delivery and Promotion
• Be Agile in Responding to Market Needs

Required experience

• BSc Nursing or equivalent Diploma/Professional degree
• Extensive experience in any/both OET and IELTS exam preparation and training.
• Strong networking skills and deep connections within the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to conduct workshops and training programs in academic settings, particularly in medical and nursing colleges.
• Experience in curriculum development, particularly customized content for healthcare professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with institutional stakeholders.
• High energy
• Willing to undertake reasonable travel within country
