Role purpose

The Digital Advertising Executive is responsible for setting up, execution, optimisation and reporting of digital advertising campaigns for IDP Pakistan. The position is focused on paid advertising campaigns such as paid search ads, Display and video ads & social media ads.

The position would require the candidate to focus on strategy, budget allocation, feedback to Marketing Manager, hands on research against competitors and innovative online advertising tactics

Key accountabilities

Driving new online leads for the SP and new IELTS test takers through the adverting campaigns:

  • Creates online campaigns across top platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Enhances campaigns performance based on the data derived from the advertising platforms.
  • Provides Google Analysis reports
  • Management of ad budgets, variant testing, ad creatives, keyword research, audience targeting and optimisation for conversion
  • Ability to communicate professionally with key stakeholders
  • Driven forward thinking individual

Required experience

  • 2 years or more of google ads account management experience required
  • Google ads certification required
  • Google analytics certification required
  • 2 years’ experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of retargeting, remarketing, display and rich media advertising
  • Understanding the correlation between SEO, online search mediums and social media and how advertising works alongside these channels.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices and understanding of digital production processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of advertising and analytics platforms like (Google AdWords, Facebook Adverts Manager, Twitter ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of how to edit and create designs for the online advertising campaigns.
  • Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
