Shape the Future of Data, AI & Commercial Analytics

We invite a senior analytics leader to spearhead the global analytics function at IDP. This role involves taking ownership of analytics capabilities that drive innovation, deep insights, and tangible business outcomes across consulting, products, and data platforms.

What you'll do

Lead & Scale Analytics Delivery 
Own end-to-end analytics across client engagements, data products, and internal reporting 
Translate business challenges into scalable, insight-driven solutions 
Build & Inspire a High-Performing Team 
Lead a globally distributed analytics function 
Upskill teams in advanced analytics, AI workflows, and data storytelling 
Drive a culture of innovation, ownership, and impact 
Drive Commercial Value 
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver analytics that directly impact revenue and client outcomes 
Play a key role in proposals, strategic initiatives, and client engagements 
Shape Data Products & Platforms 
Lead development of dashboards and scalable insight solutions 
Expand value through new data sources and advanced analytics approaches 
Champion AI & Modern Data Platforms 
Work across analytics and engineering teams to ensure scalable delivery of analytics capabilities 
Embed AI/ML and automation into analytics workflows 
Align closely with data engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions 

What you bring

We are seeking an accomplished leader with a strong record in commercial analytics environments who can inspire and guide high-performing teams in a complex, global setting.

Your expertise should encompass contemporary data architectures and tools, including but not limited to:

• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Leading data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
• Business intelligence solutions, for example, Tableau or their functional equivalents.
• Proficiency in programming languages essential for data manipulation and model development, particularly SQL and Python.

You should have a solid understanding of data architecture principles and best practices around ETL/ELT pipeline design, ensuring data integrity and scalability.

Experience in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, including generative AI, to solve practical analytics challenges will be highly valued.

Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and data-driven storytelling are essential, as you will translate technical insights into clear, actionable narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
