Role purpose

  • The Marketing Automation Specialist for SP is responsible for implementing the SP SES  and other SP Marketing Automation campaigns within the SEA region for 7 countries – Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
  • Collaborate with SES content and SP marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging execution.

Key accountabilities

  • Launch SEA campaigns for SES products and other SP campaigns on time.
  • Review and edit global campaigns, personalizing for countries with proper testing.
  • Collaborate with MA Global, Regional Marketing, and country teams to align with strategic goals.
  • Ensure MA campaigns function on SP with proper triggers, actions, and workflows.
  • Implement best practices in campaign launches (e.g., A/B tests, segmentation, content crafting).
  • Segment target audiences for MA campaigns.
  • Work independently to meet marketing objectives and provide solutions for stakeholders.
  • Understand how marketing automation integrates with other platforms like CRM, contact center, and events.
  • Analyse A/B test results and recommend improvements in timing, content, personalization, and performance.
  • Collaborate on regional and country-specific reporting dashboards.
  • Share insights and successful MA initiatives across the IDP SP MA Community.
  • Foster a positive team environment based on IDP's values and quality.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management

Required experience

  • Lead nurturing background preferred.
  • Graduation or equivalent education.
  • 2-3 years of experience with enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of systems like Marketo, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS for email and landing page edits.
  • Familiar with push messaging, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, and chat apps.
  • Able to analyse data and improve MA campaign outcomes.
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Experience in a dynamic global environment.
  • Experience in the education or travel industries

The role may transition to a permanent position after the contract (6 months) ends, contingent on employee performance.
