This role is part of the Global Digital Workplace group reporting to the Manager of Global Digital Workplace Services.

We are seeking a skilled Executive Support IT Specialist with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 and Intune. The successful candidate will provide high-level technical support to our executive team and assistants, ensuring their technology needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

 

Salary: $85,000 to $95,000

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience (2 years minimum) in digital workplace engineering.
  • Previous experience in an executive support role.
  • Proven experience (3 years minimum) of Microsoft 365 and Intune engineering, configurations and operation management.
  • Digital workplace tool management expertise: management tools, techniques, monitoring and integration
  • Experience (2 years minimum) implementing modern management of endpoint devices.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience (2 years minimum) of collaboration tools, cloud services, and modern workplace technologies specifically Microsoft Platforms.
  • Experience using automation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong project skills with a focus on delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Exchange etc.) are essential to this role.
  • Certification in technologies such as AWS, Networks, Infrastructure Services, Security etc. are a plus.

Desirable requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or related business discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • Technical certifications relevant to Digital Workplace or other enterprise applications.
  • Experience in working in the Tier 1 global organisation will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Service Operation models.
  • Working knowledge of how machine learning (ML) can enhance automation.
  • DevOps experience or knowledge.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively and interpret insights into actions.
  • Understanding of agile and service management practices and principles.
  • Strong communications skills – both written and verbal. You will be relied on by leadership and other technical specialists for advice and direction – you must be able to communicate clearly and accurately.
  • Experience in working in dynamic global environment.
  • Practical working knowledge of IT Security in a distributed global environment.
