Role purpose

As a People Experience (PX) Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering core PX functions and partnering with business leaders to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will support the execution of the PX strategy, focusing on creating great environments, meaningful experiences, and opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership
•    Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align PX initiatives with business goals.
•    Provide strategic PX advice and support across all disciplines including performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
•    Champion the digitisation of PX processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Employee Experience
•    Support the delivery of initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
•    Use data and feedback to identify and improve the ‘moments that matter’ for employees.
•    Promote a culture of recognition, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence
•    Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies.
•    Manage day-to-day PX operations including employee relations, policy implementation, and HRIS (SuccessFactors) usage.
•    Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Talent & Development
•    Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
•    Facilitate onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
•    Assist in identifying talent and supporting development plans aligned with business needs.

Communication & Engagement
•    Develop and distribute engaging PX communications to ensure understanding and adoption of initiatives.
•    Promote the use of internal platforms (e.g., JAM) to foster connection and motivation across teams.
•    Track and report on key PX metrics including engagement, WH&S, and employee relations.

Required experience

•    10+ years of HR experience, including senior HR business partnering roles in complex or global organisations.
•    Experience working across diverse cultures.
•    Strong business acumen and stakeholder influencing abilities.
•    Passion for building inclusive, people-centred cultures and driving engagement.
