  • Champion improvements in data quality management, ensuring accuracy and integrity across HR records, reporting outputs, and system integrations.
  • Design and deliver scalable, practical improvements to our HR services, covering Talent Acquisition, Human Capital Management, and compensation workflows, aligning technology capabilities with business needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional business units and IT teams to collaboratively resolve issues, support change management, and ensure system enhancements align with organisational objectives.
  • Provide critical support to payroll processes including validation, reconciliation, and reporting aspects to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Establish clear structures, prioritize initiatives effectively, and maintain momentum in continuous improvement efforts to meet strategic goals.
  • Drive ongoing adoption, training, and iterative enhancements of HR systems and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

What you bring

  • Demonstrated success in diagnosing, stabilising, and optimizing HR systems and related processes to drive efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of core HR modules including Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, reporting, and compensation management, facilitating end-to-end system oversight.
  • Solid grasp of payroll processes, ensuring alignment of HR systems with payroll operations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams, fostering trusted collaborations and shared goals.
  • A meticulous, data-driven approach characterized by high attention to detail and analytical rigor.
  • A naturally curious and proactive mindset, with a continuous improvement orientation and ability to challenge existing practices constructively.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, evolving environments with an adaptive, solution-focused attitude and strong organisational capabilities.

Why this role

  • Opportunity to define and lead a freshly created role integral to the future of HR technology at IDP.
