Role purpose
IDP is seeking an experienced and motivated People Experience (Px) Services Lead to lead the management and optimisation of our HR systems environment. This strategic role is critical to stabilising our current HR technology solutions while supporting future transformation as we transition from SuccessFactors to Oracle Fusion.
Based in our Melbourne office, this newly created position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and data-led insights. You will play a key role in enhancing HR service delivery, improving processes, and ensuring system reliability within a changing environment.
This fixed-term role is ideally suited to professionals who excel at improving and optimising HR systems, enjoy bringing structure to dynamic environments, and thrive on navigating and resolving ambiguity to deliver meaningful outcomes.
What you will lead
- Take full ownership and accountability for the current SuccessFactors platform, proactively identifying, diagnosing and implementing solutions to improve system performance and user experience.

Lead preparatory activities for our upcoming HR systems migration to Oracle Fusion, ensuring processes and data are ready to support a smooth transition.

Champion improvements in data quality management, ensuring accuracy and integrity across HR records, reporting and system integrations.

Design and deliver scalable, practical improvements to HR services across Talent Acquisition, Human Capital Management and remuneration processes, aligning technology capabilities with business requirements.

Build strong partnerships across business functions and IT teams to resolve issues collaboratively, support change initiatives and ensure system enhancements align with organisational objectives.

Provide critical support for payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation and reporting, to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Establish clear governance and ways of working, effectively prioritise initiatives and maintain momentum in continuous improvement efforts to achieve strategic objectives.

Drive the ongoing adoption, training and continuous enhancement of HR systems and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
What you bring
- Extensive experience and a strong understanding of HRIS platforms, with proven expertise in SuccessFactors; familiarity with Oracle Fusion will be highly regarded.

Demonstrated success in diagnosing, stabilising and optimising HR systems and associated processes to improve efficiency and user experience.Comprehensive knowledge of core HR modules, including Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, reporting and remuneration management, enabling end-to-end system oversight.

Sound understanding of payroll processes, ensuring HR systems align with payroll operations and compliance requirements.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across business functions and IT teams to foster trusted partnerships and shared objectives.
