In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively across global teams to deliver continuous product enhancements and support strategic projects that enhance the experience of our customers and operational excellence worldwide.
This position is ideal for a candidate well-versed in foundational product management principles—including roadmap development, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) management, prioritisation frameworks, and agile program increment or sprint planning—who is equally comfortable adopting a hands-on approach and delivering practical solutions within existing constraints.
By joining us, you will have the opportunity to influence key products serving a diverse global audience, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive impactful outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain clear, data-led product roadmaps that align with strategic priorities and stakeholder goals, ensuring transparency and focus across teams.
- Effectively articulate product vision, decisions, and progress to senior leadership, operational teams, product peers, and technical partners to secure alignment and drive momentum.
- Engage with global stakeholders and cross-functional value stream teams to foster collaboration, gather insights, and co-create solutions that meet global operational needs.
- Facilitate iterative delivery cycles and manage larger-scale initiatives, ensuring timely execution, continuous improvement, and responsiveness to evolving priorities.
- Champion the uplift of product management capabilities throughout the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and mentoring colleagues to enhance collective effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimized user experience.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and organisational policies within product development and delivery processes.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or similar Product Owner role, with a track record of delivering results in complex product environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for informed decision-making, prioritisation, and to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus across geographically dispersed teams.
- Comfortable navigating complex, dynamic, and rapidly changing global operational contexts, adapting approaches as needed to meet objectives.
- Practical and commonsense approach to product management, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working within operationally complex environments is highly regarded but not mandatory, indicating an ability to manage cross-functional challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive learner with a growth mindset, eager to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Why join us
- Engage with challenging and meaningful projects that have a tangible impact on a global audience seeking international educational opportunities.
