Lead the people side of transformation
We're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to play a critical leadership role in one of the most significant transformation programs across our global business.
Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead, you will lead change management, adoption and workforce readiness across People Experience (PX), people managers and employees as new technology, processes and ways of working are introduced globally.
This is far more than a traditional change role. You'll partner closely with executive sponsors, PX leaders, process owners and managers to ensure adoption is embedded across the organisation and that new ways of working deliver lasting benefits.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end PX and Manager Adoption strategy across a major global transformation.
- Translate business and process changes into meaningful change impacts and adoption plans.
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to strengthen sponsorship and change ownership.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness assessment and adoption governance.
- Shape communications, engagement and learning initiatives that support behavioural change.
- Identify and mitigate adoption risks, resistance and reversion to legacy practices.
- Support the organisation through readiness, cutover, go-live and post-implementation sustainment.
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and organisational change.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud, HCM or similar enterprise platform implementations.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment and adoption planning.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organisational environments.
- Strong commercial judgement and a focus on achieving sustainable business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
We are committed to leveraging AI to enhance how we work. In this role, you'll use Microsoft Copilot, including Copilot Chat and Agents, to support the development, refinement and execution of work. You don't need to be a specialist, but we are looking for someone who is familiar with Copilot and open to adopting AI-enabled ways of working to drive efficiency and impact.
