We’re looking for a Senior Business Assurance Manager to lead strategic initiatives across security, investigations, and compliance within the IDP IELTS network. This is your opportunity to shape global assurance frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and influence the future of secure and compliant operations. 

Working with the Global Business Assurance team, Regional Leads, Test Centre Administrators, and IELTS partners, the Senior Manager of Business Assurance will oversee all aspects of compliance, investigations and security, with a focus on governance, escalation management, and strategic leadership. 

This is a full time permanent opportunity based out of Melbourne. 

What you'll do

• Lead global compliance and security initiatives to protect the integrity of IELTS.
• Oversee investigations and audits, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with regional teams and partners to implement proactive security frameworks.
• Represent IDP in high-level forums and strategic working groups.
• Drive strategic leadership in escalation management and risk mitigation.
