Are you a seasoned People Experience professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, navigating change and creating meaningful impact?

We're seeking a Senior People Experience Business Partner to join our People Experience team on an exciting 8-9 month contract. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies, drive organisational effectiveness and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

This is not a role from the sidelines. You'll be a trusted adviser, problem solver and commercial partner who can balance people priorities with business outcomes.

What You'll be Doing

Partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, talent and capability strategies.
Driving employee engagement, culture and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
Providing expert advice across employee relations, performance management and complex people matters.
Supporting organisational change, transformation and business improvement programs.
Leveraging people insights and workforce data to influence decision-making.
Collaborating across a global People Experience community to deliver consistent and impactful outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, People Experience Business Partner or People & Culture professional.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated success leading change, talent and organisational initiatives.
Deep experience across employee relations, performance, workforce planning and leadership coaching.
Experience working within complex, matrixed or global organisations.
A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Highly Regarded

Experience supporting or participating in an Oracle HCM implementation, optimisation or transformation program.
Experience with SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise HR platforms.
Exposure to global HR operating models.
