Role purpose

The Senior Partnerships Marketing Manager(IELTS) is required to work closely with external stakeholders to influence our B2C audiences (test takers and students) and our B2B audiences (recognising organisations like universities and governments) to grow IELTS customer base and build positive brand perceptions.

This is a full time permanent global-facing role requiring collaboration across multiple time zones. 

What you will do

As the Senior Partnerships Marketing Manager(IELTS), you will:

  • Represent IDP IELTS in global forums, championing solutions that benefit our customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all IELTS communications and assets.
  • Drive marketing for product launches and operational improvements in collaboration with global partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focused on brand health, digital growth, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and manage relationships with recognising organisations (ROs), delivering impactful messaging, events, and content.
  • Advocate for test takers by improving their journey through authoritative content and preparation tools.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, customer-centric marketing outcomes.

What you bring

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing and/or partnership management, with a strong B2B and B2C background.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Expertise in product launch communications, project management, and agency/vendor collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex offerings for varied audiences.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
  • Experience in international education, language testing, or migration-related sectors is a plus.

Flexibility and global collaboration

This is a global-facing role requiring collaboration across multiple time zones.

Flexibility to participate in out of standard office hours calls is essential.

Occasional international travel may be required to attend partner meetings and industry events.
