Role purpose

We’re transforming the future of global education, and we’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to help design and embed how quality, controls, and assurance come to life across our global Student Placement business.

In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with leaders across our organisation to evolve the Student Placement Quality Management framework, ensuring it is practical, scalable, and aligned to operational realities. You’ll bring strong analytical capability, stakeholder influence, and a pragmatic approach to help uplift assurance maturity and operational confidence.

In this full time permanent opportunity, based out of our corporate office at Melbourne, you'll work at the heart of our mission to support Student Placement quality managment. 

What you'll do

• Lead the continuous development and embedding of the Student Placement Quality Management System to uphold and enhance service excellence globally.
• Develop and introduce scalable metrics, control mechanisms, and comprehensive assurance models that empower informed decision-making and support sustainable business growth.
• Interpret and implement regulatory standards including AQF, ESOS, and ISO 9001 to produce clear, actionable operational checkpoints throughout the student engagement journey.
• Analyse current assurance processes to identify opportunities for simplification, elimination of redundancies, and standardisation to optimize efficiency and transparency.
• Leverage audit outcomes and quality assurance insights to recommend and facilitate sustainable improvements that enhance organisational performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Product, Regional offices, Risk management, and Internal Audit to ensure cohesive quality assurance practices.
• Support the organisation’s readiness for audits by maintaining risk visibility, embedding quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you bring

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance Analyst with a proven record of delivering impactful quality management enhancements and fostering assurance environments. Specifically, you will bring:

• Extensive experience elevating quality management systems, controls, and assurance capabilities within complex organisations.
• Proficiency in crafting practical and scalable frameworks, including metrics and control environments that drive operational excellence.
• A demonstrated ability to support audit remediation initiatives and embed sustainable improvements that stand the test of time.
• Skill in translating intricate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable operational practices that comply with global standards.
• Experience working alongside diverse business teams to simplify processes and enhance efficiency across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, applied within complex, multi-regional, or global organisational structures.

Additional experience in global or multi-regional operating environments and familiarity with audit or risk functions will be highly regarded, enabling you to navigate and shape assurance frameworks effectively.
