Role purpose

We are looking for a Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst to join our high‑performing central strategy team. Our Strategy & Corporate Development team works at the centre of the business, partnering with senior leaders to shape enterprise strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and execute high‑impact M&A and partnerships across global markets.

A great opportunity for strategy or managements consultant ready to move closer to decision‑making, execution and long‑term impact. This role offers the opportunity to apply the consulting toolkit inside a successful ASX‑listed organisation, while gaining direct exposure to Board‑level decisions and tangible outcomes.

Key accountabilities

• Support enterprise‑wide strategic planning, including the 5‑year plan and annual Board strategy cycles
• Analyse and evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including M&A and partnerships
• Build advanced financial models and valuations (DCF, business cases, scenario analysis)
• Lead key workstreams across commercial due diligence, deal execution and integration support
• Deliver high‑quality insights, presentations and Board papers for senior decision‑makers
• Monitor industry trends, competitor movements and deal flow in a dynamic global sector

You bring

• 3–4 years’ experience in strategy or management consulting
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and structured thinking capability
• Advanced financial modelling and data synthesis skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• Curiosity, integrity and the confidence to challenge thinking constructively
