Role purpose

You’ll manage day-to-day operations of our corporate office, coordinate events, and provide exceptional service to employees and visitors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences and solving problems with a people-first mindset.

Key accountabilities

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will:

  • Employee engagement: Plan and deliver events, social activities, and cultural celebrations, from lunch and learns to wellness programs that bring our people together.
  • Facility management: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, security, and health & safety compliance, to provide a safe, welcoming, and sustainable work environment.
  • Be the first point of contact: Provide exceptional customer service to team members, guests, and partners.
  • Administrative support: Manage office supplies, mail, work orders, support team events and assist with onboarding.
  • Culture and environment: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, champion sustainability, and ensure an inclusive, connected workplace.
