Role purpose
To improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales related processes to improve productivity and revenue.
This role will focus on creating and delivering long and short-term operational efficiencies, working with leaders to strengthen the alignment between business priorities and organizational strategy and building systems for customer satisfaction. This would involve working across SP functions- Client Relations, Marketing & Operations, SES as well as partnering with global Delight & CE team (to understand, develop and integrate tools and processes to continuously focus on improving productivity)
Key accountabilities
Continuously Develop and integrate tools and processes to continuously focus on operational effectiveness to improve productivity acrossstudent pipeline resulting in improved conversion ratios.
Help offices achieve desired Lead to applied and applied to finalised goals for FY.
Continuously evaluate processes to ensure desired outcome are coming.
Track the entire process and conduct internal audits and report observations and action plan for missed opportunities for CAP and OIP
Adoption and execution of new HQ driven initiatives.Evaluate Training effectiveness and Sales productivity and creating interlinkages to review results.
Establish metrics for the evaluation of the sales organization, develop reporting/dashboards and communicate results to senior management specifically focussing on improving effectiveness and productivity
Prepare Action Plan by office in coordination with the Zonal teams to improve key metrics
Required experience
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
12 – 15 years’ experience in sales, sales support and/or marketing or related function with understanding of sales processes and best practices
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong problem resolution skills
Strong Analytical skills
A passion for customer advocacy in all that you do
Strong influencing skills in representing and implementing change
Ability to influence Offices, and leadership teams
Ability to work with multi location teams and has a track record of change initiation/management in the Zone
Student placement experience including front line knowledge of the business
Client management experience
Understands marketing function and its potential as an enabler to lead growth
