Role purpose
The People Experience (PX) team at IDP Education are committed to our shared vision:

Our newly created PX Shared Services team contributes to this vision by providing administrative and systems support to our people leaders, employees and the PX teams globally.
The Senior PX Administrator will be the point of contact that provides first level response to PX queries, manages employee records in SuccessFactors (our PX system) including the consistent upkeep of PX Letters and employment contracts.
Key accountabilities
- Onboarding new employees into our PX systems and follow up on outstanding paperwork to ensure compliance
- Manage inbox and responding to emails
- Prepare PX related letters and contracts for PX team
- Administer and maintain employee records in SuccessFactors, ensuring employees records are accurate and up to date
- Provide general administrative support to global PX team
- Communicate with new candidates and local PX teams globally
- Maintaining Position Description templates and library
- Providing first level support on the use of SuccessFactors
Essential requirements
- Strong administration skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Strong customer service
- High attention to detail
- A level of autonomy and know when to escalate issues.
- Previous PX administration experience
Desirable requirements
- Experience working with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platform
