Role purpose
We’re looking for a Security and Compliance Specialist who is passionate about protecting integrity and driving excellence in global education to join our dynamic Business Assurance team and help safeguard the world’s most trusted English language testing system — IELTS.
In this full time permanent role based out of our Pasig city office at Manila, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of IELTS operations across the Philippines. You’ll conduct audits, lead investigations, and monitor compliance activities to uphold global standards. Through audits, investigations, and ongoing monitoring, you will identify risks, implement best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security and compliance policies and procedures.Your insights will help shape best practices and drive continuous improvement across our network.
What you'll do
- Conducting audits and investigations to ensure test security and compliance.
- Monitoring and resolving security incidents across Paper-Based and IELTS On Computer formats.
- Supporting new test centre onboarding through risk assessments.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to embed best practices.
- Representing IDP and IELTS in partner forums and internal business functions.
