Inviting applications from Privacy Professionals looking for a Senior Privacy Manager with a strong grasp of GDPR and a passion for global impact to join our dynamic Privacy & Compliance Team, based in the Philippines.

As part of our global Legal & Governance unit, you’ll help drive privacy excellence across borders, cultures, and technologies.
What you will do
As Senior Privacy Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of IDP’s global privacy strategy. You’ll:
- Lead and enhance IDP’s Privacy Framework – manage privacy assets, update policies, and maintain our OneTrust platform.
- Advise on Privacy by Design – guide new initiatives, review impact assessments, and translate complex regulations like GDPR into clear, actionable advice.
- Drive global compliance – support regulatory change projects and ensure privacy practices align across regions.
- Manage privacy risks and incidents – identify, report, and help remediate privacy breaches while contributing to senior-level reporting.
- Empower the business – deliver training, raise awareness, and support teams in handling data subject rights and privacy queries.
- Collaborate across borders – work with stakeholders in tech, HR, marketing, and legal across IDP’s international footprint.
- Support broader compliance initiatives – contribute to IDP’s wider governance and assurance activities.
