The Client Success and Operations team work to operationalise and implement strategies to drive commercial growth, adoption, retention, and expansion within our client portfolio.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend, to lead the implementation of a new CRM and sales tech stack as part of a significant multi-year investment.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in Project Management, particularly within CRM, sales processes, and sales enablement. Experience managing software development projects is essential, including both custom-built solutions and off-the-shelf software products.
You’ll need exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership, and a strong working knowledge of scaled Agile and SCRUM methodologies. Comfort with leveraging offshore development teams to deliver innovative solutions is key.

Key responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Work with stakeholders to define priorities, create structured roadmaps, and ensure alignment with commercial and strategic goals. Maintain and communicate project roadmaps while tracking progress and risks.
- Delivery: Oversee successful delivery of initiatives, managing scope, time, and cost while addressing challenges. Ensure effective communication, risk management, and lightweight, effective project ceremonies.
- Benefits Tracking: Define success metrics, track outcomes against business cases, and ensure transparent reporting on ROI and adoption.
- Business Implementation: Ensure seamless implementation of projects with proper training, communication, and adoption, working closely with change management teams.
- Compliance: Adhere to security and data privacy policies, ensuring non-functional requirements are met from the outset.
- Transition to BAU: Facilitate smooth transitions of delivered solutions to business-as-usual operations, ensuring documentation, resources, and risks are managed effectively.
- Collaboration & Representation: Represent projects in internal and external forums, champion initiatives across teams, and contribute to global standards and best practices.
Required experience
- Sufficient experience the Project Management of complex software development projects - both custom-built solutions and off-the-shelf software products
- Proven experience in Sales Process, Sales Enablement, Revenue Management or Billing Systems
- Significant experience in planning, managing and delivering IT implementation and software development projects using agile delivery methodology
- Effective communication skills
- Relationship management – building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to executive level
- Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity, respecting diversity
- Comfortable in influencing outcomes in a matrix-based organisation.
- Influencing and setting the culture of teams you are in to become outcome-focused that delivers tangible value to our customers.
- Highly analytical - ability to capture and use data and insights to drive decisions and manage budgets
