Role purpose
This role is not just about providing operational support to HR, we are looking for a high energy, enthusiastic problem solver with an outgoing personality who can apply their skills independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee HR operations for the assigned business function.
• Provide comprehensive and timely HR support to managers and staff, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards.
• Assist HRIS data maintaining and system projects
• Promote a positive workplace culture and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Any other ad hoc activities.
Requirement
Technical:
• 5+ year of relevant working experiences as an HR generalist covering all spectrum of HR (e.g. T&A, C&B, EE Engagement, L&D etc.).
• Strong IT Literacy (e.g. MS Office Package, Excel - Power BI is a plus)
• Data Analytics experience (Plus)
• Ability to manage multiple HR projects.
• Fluency in English (reading/writing/listening and speaking)
Non-Technical:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work in fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality and a people person.
• Self starter and strong team player.
