Role purpose

The role is responsible for marketing event planning and execution follow‑up, social media operations, activity performance and ROI tracking, partner management support, brand consistency assurance, and market information collection and analysis – providing effective support for IDP China’s IELTS and Student Placement B2B businesses growth and brand communication.

Key accountabilities

【Marketing Planning & Event Execution (IELTS & SP B2B)】

Participate in the development and optimization of the annual/monthly marketing activity calendar and promotion plans. Lead, coordinate, or follow up on the execution of relevant activities to achieve brand awareness and business objectives.

Support IELTS event execution as required – assist with venue scouting, marketing material design and production, process coordination, online promotion, on‑site organization, and post‑event feedback collection to help drive business conversion.

Support SP B2B offline event execution as required – assist with asset organization, content refinement, layout optimization, basic design, and production; coordinate event schedules and deliver relevant visualization; and ensure all event execution assets and supporting materials are ready.

【Performance Tracking & Budget Management (IELTS & SP B2B)】

Track marketing activity performance; carry out necessary statistics and monitoring of marketing expenses; analyze ROI and evaluate effectiveness.

【Social Media Operations & Content Creation (IELTS & SP B2B)】

Assist in the daily operation and content creation for social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), with proficiency in layout tools and copywriting techniques.

Stay updated on news trends and industry information; continuously explore user needs; develop topic‑based campaigns as needed. Increase follower count, readership, and user interaction through quality content and event operations, taking ownership of conversion outcomes.

【Partner Management & Brand Consistency (IELTS)】

Train and manage partners; standardize partner content output, promotion, and execution; review relevant materials and content to ensure brand compliance and a consistent external brand image.

Support partner institutions/channels; participate in the development, maintenance, and management of marketing media and related resources.

Support and monitor the execution and optimisation of digital campaigns (both earned and paid media), ensuring brand consistency for partner‑related activities, to enhance brand awareness and marketing performance.

【Market Intelligence, Data & Administrative Support (IELTS & SP B2B)】

Monitor industry developments, competitor information, and market hotspots; summarize valuable insights in a timely manner to support strategic adjustments.

Collect, analyze, and report marketing data; support contract, document management, and payment processes as required.

Perform other marketing‑related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required experience

【Essential requirements】

Bachelor's degree or above; CET‑6 or equivalent English proficiency. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing. 

Strong abilities in event planning, social media operations, content management & copywriting, project management, and basic design (e.g., on-demand design, reviewing, and adjusting of marketing materials).

Fast learner with strong drive and sense of responsibility; excellent communication skills and insight.

Able to work under pressure, adapt to flexible working hours, and independently handle complex tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Strong team spirit; able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources across multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of both online and offline activities.

【Desirable requirements】

Preference for candidates with a background in language training, testing, student placement, or other education‑related industries.
