Support flagship events and strategic engagement across Asia-Pacific

As part of our APAC Partnerships Team, we run high-profile events and stakeholder engagements that strengthen relationships and drive sector innovation.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the delivery of key strategic events – including the Australian International Education Conference (AIEC), the largest conference of its kind in Australia.
This is a full time permanent opportunity. Melbourne is our preference, but we are open to other locations across Australia for the right fit.
You will play a key role in
You will play a key role in:
- Shaping and delivering the AIEC program in close collaboration with our partners and professional conference organisers.
- Taking the lead on logistics and coordination for a variety of internal and external events across the APAC region, including webinars, advisory panels, board meetings, and more.
This role is ideal for someone with
- Strong experience in event or conference coordination
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- The ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A strong eye for detail and content quality
- Familiarity with event software, CRMs, and reporting tools
