Role purpose
The Marketing Coordinator – Events & Arrive & Thrive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of student recruitment events, Arrive & Thrive initiatives, community engagement programs, and marketing campaigns across Australia. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, network countries, and agency partners to deliver high-quality student experiences and support lead generation, student engagement, and retention objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute student recruitment events (in-person & virtual), managing logistics, registrations, and communications
- Support event and campaign marketing across email, social, CRM, and digital channels
- Coordinate webinars and online student engagement initiatives
- Deliver Arrive & Thrive programs, including student activities, ambassador programs, and partnerships
- Manage campaign timelines, assets, and content across teams and agencies
- Track performance, prepare reports, and support data-driven improvements
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
Required experience
What You Bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, events, or engagement roles
- Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience with CRM and digital marketing tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Passion for delivering great student/customer experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience in international education or student programs
- Familiarity with marketing automation, events platforms, or AI tools
- Exposure to multicultural environments or student communities
